Want to delete your TRecs account and all saved data? You're in the right place.
To request deletion, enter the username and the email address associated with your account in the form below. We use these only to verify that the request matches an existing account before we delete it.
What gets deleted: your account and all data tied to it — your saved recommendations, your saved routes, and your ratings. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we keep: nothing tied to your identity. TRecs does not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services, and collects no payment information. If a limited record must be retained to meet a legal or fraud-prevention obligation, it is kept only as long as that obligation requires and is not used for any other purpose.
Timeframe: we process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
